The Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) cultural park and iconic landmark is about 15 minutes away from our villa. It houses a large statue of the Hindu deity Vishnu riding the mythological bird Garuda, his beloved companion. The park is spread across 240 hectares atop a hill in Bali’s south, affording amazing views of the surrounding surroundings. Apart from the magnificent statue, the GWK cultural park has a variety of activities and services. Visitors can wander the sprawling grounds and take in the gorgeous gardens, lush sceneries, and cultural performances.
